The reporting period has begun! Reporting runs January 1 thru March 1

The reporting period begins Jan 1 and runs thru Mar 1 each year. It is your opportunity to inform MARAD of your employment status, what employment opportunities you have pursued and, to ensure that all information contained in MSCS is correct.

Please start the process now. Please do not wait until March 1 and try and input everything and then run into problems. The most frequent problem that we encounter is the wrong email address. Please go into the system, on the personal information page, and make sure everything is correct before beginning to input and upload your information. This simple step will help ensure that MARAD receives your report.
